Job Description
We are is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler – PCB to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, solder, and inspect printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic assembly processes and a desired commitment to quality and precision. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) following work instructions and assembly drawings
- Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering using industry best practices
- Install wires, connectors, and electronic hardware onto assemblies
- Inspect completed boards for proper component placement, solder quality, and defects
- Use hand tools, microscopes, and test equipment during assembly and inspection
- Follow all company quality, safety, and ESD procedures
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
