Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Associate to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination at our Washington, DC location. This role works closely with the marketing and project teams to help organize marketing activities, track progress, and ensure campaigns and promotional initiatives run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating marketing projects and promotional activities
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Track campaign progress and maintain organized project documentation
• Communicate updates and coordinate tasks with internal teams
• Help prepare reports, timelines, and project summaries

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
