Ready to put your skills to the test? We’re looking for motivated Forklift Operators who can also pick orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment in San Jose, CA. If you’ve got a good work ethic, know your way around a forklift, and don’t mind racking up OT and working weekends, this is your shot!

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately

Responsibilities
Forklift Operator – Order Picker We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious
Forklift Operator with experience in
order picking to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for locating, picking, and staging materials accurately and efficiently using a forklift.
Job Duties: - Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift to pick and move products safely and efficiently.
- Pull customer orders from racks or storage areas using RF scanners or printed pick tickets.
- Stage and palletize orders for shipping or internal distribution.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety and housekeeping standards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure order accuracy before staging or loading.
- Work closely with the shipping, receiving, and inventory teams to meet daily deadlines.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and forklift operation protocols .
Requirements: - Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
- 1+ year experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems or RF scanning devices.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals.
