About Us:
Golden Years Homestead is a mission-driven Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care. Our housekeeping team plays a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support our community. This role primarily serves Independent Living, with occasional support in Assisted Living and Healthcare areas. Your work directly impacts resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces and bathrooms
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain housekeeping equipment
• Complete deep cleaning of resident units as needed (monthly, move-outs, transfers)
• Follow infection control procedures and PPE guidelines
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain clean, organized work areas

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus

Skills & Attributes:

• Friendly, respectful, and resident-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform routine cleaning tasks

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Every other weekend required
