**Job Title: Home Health Aide and Personal Care Aide**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our team. You will be instrumental in providing high-quality personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Your role will help clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Help with mobility, including assisting clients in moving around their homes safely.
- Monitor clients’ health, ensuring they adhere to prescribed dietary and exercise routines.
- Perform basic errands and housekeeping tasks to help maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor medication schedules and provide reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families and healthcare providers to report any changes in condition or concerns.
- Follow individualized care plans and make recommendations for modifications as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a caregiving role is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage stress and display patience in challenging situations.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying.
