Salary: $85,500 - 150,765 per year Requirements:

• Active Final Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
• Possession of a DoD 8140/8150 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE, CISSP, or CASP is required; you must be able to obtain a certification within 60 days if not already held.
• Demonstrable experience in network design, development, and testing methodologies.
• Solid understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and network traffic analysis.
• Practical experience with firewalls including Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
• Familiarity with UDP multicast, SONET, MSPP, VLANs, GRE tunnels, and TCP/IP network layouts.
• Knowledge of multi-vendor routing and switching (Juniper, Cisco) is desirable.
• CCNA or JNCIA certification is beneficial.
• Experience with TACLANEs and optical transport technology is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative agile scrum environment.
• Understanding of DoD security standards, STIG compliance, and system accreditation processes.
• Exposure to virtualization technologies such as NFV, SD-WAN, VMware, VMware Cloud Foundation, NSX, vSAN, and Aria is preferred.
• Familiarity with network automation tools like Ansible is suitable.
• Previous engagement with the C2BMC program is a plus.

• As a primary Network Development Engineer, you will strategize, deploy, integrate, and assess network enhancements across operational locations.
• Collaborating within an agile scrum team, youll convert customer requirements and contractual commitments into actionable tasks.
• Travel to remote operational sites (e.g., Schriever SFB, Alaska, Guam, Europe) to supervise installations and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Keep the program personnel apprised of project status and outcomes.
