**Job Title: Powder Coating Packer**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that powder-coated products are packed safely and efficiently, ready for distribution to clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Carefully inspect powder-coated items to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent any damage during transport.
- Label packages accurately with the appropriate details and documentation.
- Operate packaging equipment safely and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high product standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and tracking of packaged products.
- Prepare and stage completed products for shipment.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pay extensive attention to detail to ensure quality control.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight] pounds.
