MINIMUM 1 YEAR PRODUCTION AND MACHINE OPERATOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Connect Staffing is seeking a Production Machine Operator for a beverage manufacturing company in the city of San Bernardino.

Shifts available:

2nd Shift - 2:00pm to 10:30pm  SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY (3 WEEK ASSIGNMENT)  

Requirements of the Production Machine Operator:

• 1-year food production experience
• Non slip Steel Toe shoes
• E-verify, background, and drug screen required
• Previous experience as a production operator, machine operator, line operator, or wrapper operator a plus!

Responsibilities for Production Machine Operator:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and safe operation
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any defects or inconsistencies
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
• Record production data and machine performance for reporting and improvement purposes
• Load raw materials and unload finished products according to production requirements
