Now Hiring: Foundry Production Team Associate – Minster, Ohio

C.A. Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking Foundry Production Team Associates to join our operations. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training while learning various processes within the foundry. No prior foundry experience is required-we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a team producing quality castings for industries such as mining, marine, HVAC, and oil & gas. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

Pay & Schedule:
  • $22.52 per hour and higher plus $2.00/hour shift differential = $24.52 per hour
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM (overtime as needed)
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate machinery, equipment, and hand tools
  • Produce quality castings through processes such as sand molding, melting & pouring, grinding, and material handling
  • Follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or production a plus
  • Willingness to work in a foundry environment
