**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Camp Teacher's Assistant to support our lead instructors in delivering a memorable experience for children. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, creativity, and outdoor activities, and who enjoy working with children.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities, crafts, and educational programs.
- Supervise and engage with campers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Encourage campers' participation and involvement in activities.
- Prepare and organize materials and equipment needed for daily lessons and activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning and fun.
- Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents.
- Help manage children's behavior and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of learning areas.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience working with children in a classroom, educational, or recreational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
