Private Family in Miami, FL Seeking a Full-Time Domestic Couple (Live-Out Preferred)

Position: Full-Time Domestic Couple
Location: Miami, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break); flexibility required for occasional evenings and one weekend day
Compensation: $175,000+ combined annual salary, depending on experience
Start Date: Flexible
Relocation: Preference for local, live-out candidates

About the Family

An international family based in Miami, Florida is seeking a highly experienced Domestic Couple to oversee and support the daily operations of their primary residence. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional, service-oriented couple who takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally well-run household.

The family upholds high standards and values discretion, loyalty, and consistency. Their long-standing domestic couple is retiring after many years, and they are seeking a seamless and committed replacement for this important role.

• Children: Two (ages 6 and 10)
• Residence: Large private home
• Pets: One mid-sized dog
• Additional Staff: Live-in housekeeper (collaborative team environment)

Responsibilities

Interior Responsibilities (shared and/or designated based on strengths):

• Daily detailed housekeeping and deep cleaning
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care
• Changing linens and maintaining overall household organization
• Family-style cooking and meal preparation
• Kitchen and pantry organization, stocking, and provisioning
• Assisting with childcare for two school-aged children
• Supporting school routines and child-related needs
• Working collaboratively with the live-in housekeeper

Exterior & Property Responsibilities:

• Driving children and handling household errands
• Vehicle maintenance and cleaning
• Light property maintenance and general upkeep
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the home

Requirements

• Significant prior experience working together as a Domestic Couple in a private home
• Strong, verifiable references and proven longevity in previous roles
• High attention to detail and elevated standards of cleanliness and service
• Experience supporting families with school-aged children
• Handyman or maintenance skills (at least one partner)
• Fluent English
• Comfortable with pets
• Strong swimming abilities
• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekend coverage as needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (at least one partner)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
