We’re looking for a Robot Programmer with strong Fanuc and/or ABB robot programming experience and solid PLC integration skills to help design, build, and commission advanced robotic systems.

If you enjoy solving complex automation challenges, working on custom projects (not repetitive production work), and seeing systems go from concept to commissioning — this role is for you.

  • Machine tending
  • Vision-guided operations
  • Integrate robots with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs (ladder logic, structured text, function blocks)
  • Commission systems in-house and at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
  • Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams
  • Support customers during installation and startup

Required:

  • 3+ years of industrial robot programming experience
  • Strong experience with Fanuc and/or ABB robots
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience integrating robots with:
  • Servo systems
  • Safety circuits
  • Vision systems
  • HMIs
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 20–30%)

Preferred:

  • Experience in a custom automation or system integrator environment
  • Robotic welding or vision system integration experience
  • Familiarity with Ethernet/IP, Profinet, or industrial networks
  • Experience with RobotStudio or Roboguide

Why Join Us?

  • Work on unique, custom-built automation systems
  • High technical autonomy and impact
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance bonuses
  • Health, dental, and retirement benefits
  • Career growth in a rapidly expanding robotics company
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technologies

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are:

  • A hands-on problem solver
  • Comfortable commissioning systems in the field
  • Strong under startup pressure
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Passionate about robotics and automation
